I am a mental health nurse with over 20 years of experience, primarily within Crisis and Home Treatment teams. My work focuses on supporting individuals with complex mental health needs, including severe mental illness, depression, and addiction, helping them recover and thrive in their own environments rather than in hospital settings.

Five years ago, I expanded my professional journey by training in aesthetics and beauty, specializing in complementary therapies designed to promote relaxation, wellbeing, and holistic self-care. Combining my clinical experience with a passion for wellness, I strive to support both mental and physical wellbeing, helping clients feel cared for, balanced, and rejuvenated.
