A transformative weekend retreat combining therapeutic expertise with holistic healing

Programme Overview

Our four-day retreats run from 4pm on the day of arrival through to lunchtime on the day of departure, offering a comprehensive residential experience. We maintain a small, carefully held group setting that allows for personalised attention while fostering meaningful peer connection.

Expert-Led

Psycho-Education

Understanding the neuroscience of addiction and how it affects behavior patterns, emotions, and relationships. Knowledge is the foundation of lasting change.

Therapeutic Approaches

Mindfulness & Meditation

Daily yoga, guided meditation, and breathwork practices to cultivate present-moment awareness, reduce stress, and reconnect with your body.

Group Process

Facilitated therapeutic group work where you'll explore shared experiences, gain insights, and develop deeper self-awareness in a safe, supportive environment

Creative Therapies

Expressive modalities including psychodrama, music therapy, and movement to access emotions and experiences beyond words.

Trauma Work

Using the Pia Melody model and somatic approaches to address underlying trauma that often drives addictive behaviors. Healing happens from the inside out.

Holistic Bodywork

Therapeutic massage, somatic education. reflexology, aromatherapy, and reiki to release tension, promote relaxation, and support the body's natural healing processes.

  • 7:30 PM - Opening circle and introductions

  • 9:00 PM - Evening meditation and rest

Second Day - Full Day

  • 7:30 AM - Morning yoga and meditation

  • 9:00 AM - Breakfast

  • 10:00 AM - Psycho-education workshop

  • 12:30 PM - Lunch and free time

  • 2:00 PM - Group process session

  • 4:00 PM - Creative therapy or bodywork

  • 6:00 PM - Dinner

  • 7:30 PM - Evening sharing circlet

Third Day - Full Day

  • 7:30 AM - Breathwork and movement

  • 9:00 AM - Breakfast

  • 10:00 AM - Trauma-focused work

  • 12:30 PM - Lunch and nature walk

  • 2:00 PM - One-on-one sessions

  • 4:00 PM - Music therapy or psychodrama

  • 6:00 PM - Dinner

  • 7:30 PM - Integration and reflection

Day of Departure - Morning

  • 8:00 AM - Final morning practice

  • 10:00 AM - Closing circle and commitments
