Our weekend retreat is priced at £1,500 per person and is fully inclusive, covering accommodation, all meals, and the full therapeutic and holistic programme.
We are committed to offering this work in a way that remains as accessible as possible, while upholding the highest standards of excellence, professionalism, and clinical expertise for those seeking to deepen their recovery.
A £150 early booking reduction is available for those who secure their place up to one month prior to the retreat start date, reflecting a 10% saving for early commitment.

Everything is included: private en-suite accommodation, all meals and refreshments, and the full therapeutic and holistic programme. This includes group sessions, workshops, and integrative therapies, along with all materials and resources required throughout your stay.

We understand plans can change. Please contact us to discuss cancellations. We try to be as flexible as possible while managing limited spaces.

Check-in is from 3pm on Friday, and we ask that you arrive by 4pm for the welcome session. Departure is after lunch on Monday, by 2pm.
Due to the retreat centre hosting ongoing programmes, we are unfortunately unable to offer early check-in or late departures, as private rooms may not be available outside of these times. If you do arrive earlier or need to leave later, there may be access to communal areas for waiting.
If your travel arrangements make these times difficult, please feel free to get in touch. We will always do our best to support you in planning your arrival and departure as smoothly as possible.

Comfortable clothing for workshops and relaxation, personal toiletries, any prescribed medications, a journal or notebook, warm layers for garden walks. We provide all bedding, towels, and therapeutic materials.

Following your booking, we will be in touch to arrange a brief call. This is part of our commitment to providing a safe and supportive environment, giving us a chance to understand your current health and recovery needs and to help you get the most benefit from your time with us.

You will never be pressured to share anything you are not comfortable with. Group sessions are facilitated by experienced therapists who create a safe, well-boundaried environment. All participants are required to sign a confidentiality agreement to support anonymity and mutual trust within the group. Confidentiality remains a core principle throughout the retreat.

You are free to leave at any time. If you find the experience challenging, we encourage you to speak with a member of the team so we can support you in making the best decision for yourself. You will be met with care and understanding, not judgement.

No - There will be separate retreats for family members but these are only for those who are in recovery

Our retreats are designed for individuals who are already engaged in their recovery. This may be following inpatient treatment, through a 12-step programme, ongoing counselling, or through their own personal commitment to recovery.
